We employ over 400 highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic employees.We're hiring an Operations Shift Manager to reinforce and support our Operations teams.Your role:- You are a natural leader, guiding and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to successfully deliver the production plan.- You make things happen, turning weekly planning into a clear daily schedule and deploying the right people and resources to get the job done.- As a coach and motivator, you ensure flawless execution, support your team's growth, and directly impact the success of our operations.- In this role you report to the Operations Manager and Operations Director. Job Requirements Your profile:- You are both a leader and a team player, able to inspire while collaborating with others.- You bring expertise, holding a Bachelor or Master in Electromechanics with 3–5 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment.- You have strong people management skills and the drive to take on new challenges with confidence.- You are analytical and resilient, thriving under pressure and keeping a sharp focus on deadlines.- You are communicative and fluent in Dutch, French and English.- You are flexible, ready to work in shifts (Monday to Friday: 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm).Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium, holding either an EU passport or a valid work & residence permit.
