PM Group is looking for a driven Administrative Assistant to join our team on a large-scale project.
In this role, you will be at the heart of the team, supporting reporting activities and ensuring that key project information is accurately captured and shared.
Working closely with the PMC team, you will connect with multiple stakeholders across the project to gather inputs and maintain up-to-date data in internal tools. Your ability to communicate, organise and follow up will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
1. Acting as a key point of contact for collecting and coordinating project information
2. Supporting reporting activities and maintaining data in internal systems
3. Engaging with team members across disciplines to ensure timely inputs
4. Helping to keep the project organised, structured and on track
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
5. Junior to medior experience in administration or project support
6. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
7. Confident communicator who is comfortable engaging with different stakeholders
8. Proactive, dynamic and solution-oriented mindset
9. Comfortable working with digital tools and data/reporting systems
