* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
* Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth onboarding planning and execution for new hires.
* Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all legal requirements.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

HR Operations & Compliance

* Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring they align with local, state, and federal regulations.
* Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.
* Maintain and oversee HR systems and employee records.
* Conduct performance and salary reviews and implement compensation strategies.

Employee Relations & Development

* Provide guidance and resolve employee conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
* Develop and oversee training programs and performance management tools to ensure employees have clear expectations and growth opportunities.
* Analyze trends in compensation, benefits, and employee engagement, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
* Implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and HR/CRM systems (Odoo preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization.
