Our client is a well established organization within the financial services industry going through a transformation journey. They now seek a seasoned HRBP to join the team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely with business leaders to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives while providing expert guidance on talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning. You will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labour regulations and internal policies, and drive key processes such as recruitment, performance management, and the annual review exercise. The role also involves collaborating with regional HR to design and deliver impactful training programs and regional projects according to the stakeholders' needs, analysing HR data to generate insights that inform business decisions, and supporting organisational change and transformation efforts. Ultimately, you will help promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee engagement across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and bring relevant experience from the financial services industry preferably from sizable multinational banks. They should demonstrate strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels is essential, along with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. Proficiency in analysing HR data and presenting clear, actionable insights is also key to excelling in this role. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
