Mission
As a Project Manager Documents you are successfully managing multiple projects at the intersection of ICT and Business for our Documents Eco System for customers in Belgium and other European countries.
You are working on several projects at the same time where you manage the project teams and tasks, but you are also involved with the content.
You translate unstructured issues into concrete solutions and enjoy delivering projects on time, within budget and scope. As a Project Manager you are adept at getting the best out of people. You have an overview of the matter and know how to distinguish between main issues. You thrive in managing projects and working with project teams.
Responsibilities
This is what we expect of you:
1. You are responsible for the full project planning and follow-up on scope, timing, quality and budget for our software implementation tracks.
2. You are responsible for all phases of the project and the coordination.
3. You establish a project plan and baseline as well as regular project monitoring and updates.
4. You manage mid-term projects independently and take responsibility to bring these to a good end.
5. You train and coach implementation managers in project management methodologies and techniques.
6. You manage the internal and external project teams and prepare the presentation of your project status in the project steering committee.
7. You think in line with the customer on long-term basis and assist in making the right choices.
8. You describe our project approach for customers.

We are looking for candidates who have:
9. You are analytical and have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing and this for Dutch and English (French and other languages are an asset).
10. Min. 2-5 years project management experience in large enterprises or complex projects.
11. You possess the empathy-skills to understand and translate the needs of the customer and to bring this over to the team members.
12. You are result and goal-oriented.
13. You are a real team-player with a positive drive and humor.
14. You obviously are passionate about planning and organizing.
15. Knowledge about document management is a plus:
