We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. * As the right-hand person to the Store Manager, you will provide support in delivering training and coaching sessions on product knowledge, CRM, customer service, brand presentation and visual merchandising while adhering to business guidelines * You will assist in planning working rotas ensuring efficient operations within the store * Maintain accurate monitoring of KPIs and team sales performance preparing comprehensive reports for Area Managers The ideal candidate should possess previous experience (at least 2 years) in retail environment specifically with fashion premium luxury brands and team management skills. Strong communication abilities across all levels are essential for success in this role. Additionally you should be able to work autonomously prioritize tasks meet deadlines adhere specified standards.
