Overview
Data Migration Manager (Implementation Specialist), Enterprise and Strategic — fully remote role focused on overseeing the seamless transfer of client data from legacy platforms to new systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and minimal disruption. The role involves coordinating with clients, CRM providers, and internal teams to manage end-to-end migration processes and improve migration practices.
Responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle of data migration projects, from initial planning to final execution
* Collaborate with clients, CRM providers, and payment system representatives to collect, validate, and prepare data files
* Determine optimal migration timelines and coordinate schedules for all stakeholders
* Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams to provide updates and resolve concerns
* Confidently operate software tools and systems relevant to data migration (no programming required)
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
* Adhere to strict guidelines and agreements to maintain accuracy and consistency
* Participate in cross-team discussions on product, sales, support, and performance metrics
Qualifications
* Excellent English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Technical proficiency with standard software tools used in data migration processes
* Proven project management experience handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and prevent errors
* High energy and proactive mindset, anticipating challenges and taking initiative
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, priorities, and deliverables
* Comfortable working in a flat, open organizational culture with direct access to team members
* Interest in long-term collaboration, including participation in stock option programs
Base pay
Range: $28,000.00/yr - $30,000.00/yr

* Bonus structure: 2% of Migration CW ARR for Primary and 1% for Secondary Data Migration Manager
