Provide for the administration of potential and existing customer requirements (quotes, orders, contracts and all related issues) to maximise the company's bookings, while maintaining the high level of customer service as specified in the company's objectives.
Please note that speaking fluent Dutch, French and English is mandatory for the role.
The role requires a presence of 4 days/week at the office, in Diegem.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Acquire and maintain an overall knowledge of the Business Unites and its products, their use, users and applications.
2. Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of process instrumentation and applications through assistance of field sales personnel, plant visits and training.
3. Develop basic selling skills through formal sales training courses and by assisting field sales personnel in customer calls and presentations.
4. Become familiar with site and factory administrative functions such as quotes/order entry and tracking procedures, expediting orders, reporting, etc...
5. Become familiar with trade compliance rules and regulations.
6. Quotations, orders and contracts
7. Quotes & negotiates follow-on contracts & change orders within the limits set by business unit
8. Process orders, change orders and all related issues within the limits set by business unit management.
9. Exercise good business judgement and discretion when committing company contractually within established policy guidelines
10. Seek input from other internal groups where required
11. Co-ordination between customer and/or field sales and service
12. Interface effectively with all internal groups to assure professional business relationship with customers.
13. Collect product application information.
14. Provide application support to field sales personnel and other staff.
15. Provide continuing visibility to assure all contractual obligations are met.

For This Role, You Will Need:
16. Technical Engineering degree or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience
17. Communication skills
18. Fluent in Dutch/French and English, both spoken and written
19. Knowledge of computer based administrative systems
20. Knowledge of products within pre-defined scope of business unit
