* Restructure and improve procurement, scheduling, inventory tracking, and planning processes.
* Oversee raw material, packaging, and consumable procurement.
* Manage inventory levels, define safety stocks, and maintain ERP-based records (VIF, CBN).
* Optimize production scheduling to meet cost, quality, and service targets.
* Supervise warehousing, transport, and waste management operations.
* Lead a team of 4-5 staff members, ensuring training, development, and recruitment.
* Align daily operations with strategic objectives and improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams (purchasing, marketing, production, quality) and external partners (suppliers, carriers, service providers).
* Master's degree or minimum 5 years' experience in production, supply chain, or operations management.
* Strong knowledge of flow management, planning, scheduling, and procurement.
* Experience in team management and continuous improvement.
* Proficiency with ERP systems and industrial/logistics IT tools.
* Highly organized, analytical, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
* Willing to work in the region of Hainout - 5 days/week
