What you will do
* Lead business analysis activities for strategic fraud-related initiatives.
* Drive EPIC/OPUS ideation and refinement sessions with stakeholders.
* Act as Feature Owner or Opus Owner for end-to-end delivery of business features.
* Gather, challenge and document business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, analysts and delivery teams.
* Ensure customer experience, operational efficiency and strategic objectives are reflected in proposed solutions.
* Create clear documentation, process flows, mock-ups and functional requirements.
* Support functional analysis activities and ensure alignment with technical teams.
* Prepare, coordinate and participate in end-to-end testing activities.
* Identify risks, dependencies, constraints and impediments and proactively manage them.
* Support change management, business adoption and go-live activities.
What you bring
* Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
* Proven experience leading business analysis activities in Agile organisations.
* Hands-on experience with EPIC/OPUS ideation and refinement methodologies.
* Experience acting as Feature Owner, Opus Owner or a similar leadership role.
* Strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
* Experience translating business needs into functional requirements.
* Solid understanding of testing methodologies and participation in UAT/end-to-end testing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
* Advanced MS Office skills, including data visualisation and presentation of insights.
