Graduate degree (specialization, masters, or Ph.D.) in Biophysics, Computational Biochemistry, Computational Biology, or related fields
Experience with molecular dynamics simulations
Programming experience (e.g., Python, computational workflows)
Experience with modeling and simulating biological systems
Experience writing scientific papers
Desirable:
Experience with cellular environment simulations
Experience with enhanced sampling methods (e.g., metadynamics, tauRAMD)
Experience with Brownian dynamics simulations
Experience with machine learning and deep learning applied to the field
Conduct and develop research in the field of computational biochemistry and biophysics
Work on the development, and application of computational methods for the study of biological systems
Perform modeling and simulation of biological systems, with a focus on protein-ligand interactions and cellular environments
Propose technical solutions and contribute to the advancement of research lines in the field
Produce and publish scientific articles in specialized journals
Provide guidance and technical support to students and junior team members
