Provide guidance on integrating renewable carbon fuels in line with relevant EU directives.

Advise on regulatory positioning to optimize ETS rating and reduce carbon tax exposure.

Support strategic decision-making to present a viable financial plan to the board by year-end.
*
Liaise with the Flemish environmental agency to ensure compliance and identify possible local advantages.

Proven expertise in EU Emissions Trading Systems, including the latest legislative developments.

Strong understanding of carbon accounting and financial implications of ETS compliance.
*
Experience in the recycling or energy-intensive industrial sectors.
*
Knowledge of renewable carbon fuels and their integration into ETS mechanisms.
*
Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks in Flanders is a strong asset.
