We're looking for a
Financial Clerk
who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of accounts payable, contributing to accurate financial reporting and smooth monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and play a key role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within our finance department.
What You'll Do – Your Mission
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and verify supplier invoices and expense reports (A–Z)
* Ensure compliance with VAT, accounting, and reporting standards
* Manage and prepare supplier and intercompany payments
* Monitor outstanding items and handle payment reminders
* Maintain supplier master data in Oracle
* Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including group reporting
* Assist with annual accounts, tax filings, and budgeting
What You Bring
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of general accounting and tax regulations (VAT & corporate tax)
* Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Dutch and professional knowledge in English
* Proficiency with IT tools (MS Excel); experience with Oracle is an asset
* Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
* A proactive, flexible team player with excellent communication skills
