DevOps Engineer – Digital Transformation Project

EUROCONTROL is driving a major
digital transformation
through its Integrated Network Management (iNM) programme, modernising core operational systems that support air traffic management across Europe.
As part of this journey, we are strengthening our team working on
eEAD
, a key technical release supporting ICAO and SES regulatory compliance (digital NOTAM, aeronautical data services).
We are currently looking for a
skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer
to join this high-impact, international environment.
Your Mission
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a central role in designing, implementing and optimising CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments, while acting as a bridge between development teams and the central DevOps organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and customize
CI/CD pipelines
using Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket), Maven/Gradle
* Automate container builds and deployments using
Docker, Helm and OpenShift
* Integrate
artifact repositories
(Nexus) and enforce DevSecOps practices
* Apply security standards (SAST/DAST) with tools such as
Veracode, Trivy, Syft
* Manage secrets securely with
HashiCorp Vault
* Implement monitoring and observability using
ELK, Prometheus and Grafana
* Collaborate closely with developers, testers and central DevOps teams
* Troubleshoot, optimize performance and support scalable, resilient systems
Your Profile
* Strong experience in
DevOps / CI-CD environments
* Solid knowledge of
containerization and orchestration
(Docker, OpenShift, Helm)
* Experience with
Infrastructure as Code
(Terraform, Ansible)
* Comfortable in
Agile / hybrid DevOps models
* Good scripting skills (Python, Bash)
* Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
