For our Brussels office, we are currently looking for a Medior–Senior / Senior Scrum Master to join one of our trusted clients in the banking sector.
About the Role:Within a structured Agile organization (Tribes & Squads model), you will join a data-driven squad and operate under the supervision of the Chapter Lead Scrum Master.
This role is delivery-oriented and goes beyond pure Agile coaching. The Scrum Master is expected to take ownership of squad delivery and actively contribute to structuring execution.
Your Mission:You will support one dedicated data squad, ensuring structured and predictable delivery.Your responsibilities include:Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, Daily, etc.)Structuring and following up on feature deliveryEnsuring transparency on scope, risks, and impedimentsSupporting prioritization and execution within the squadActing as a key interface between squad and stakeholdersMaintaining delivery oversight at squad levelBringing maturity and structure when needed
This role requires someone comfortable being deeply involved with the team while maintaining a broader delivery perspective.
Required Profile:We are looking for:Medior–Senior or Senior Scrum MasterStrong experience in data environments (preferred over pure banking experience)Proven experience managing delivery within a single squadHands-on and pragmatic mindsetStrong ownership and accountabilityComfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders
