As an Account Executive for Adfinity (an accounting software for financial and commercial management), your mission is to use your social and analytical skills to identify your client's needs. Then you'll suggest a customized solution to take their business to the next level.

Responsibilities
After completing intensive training through our Sales School and shadowing one of our Senior Sales Representatives during their client meetings, your mission will be to take full ownership of the sales cycle. Here are the responsibilities you'll take on:
* Business development: you search and identify potential customers and contact them directly. You constantly look for new opportunities.
* Needs qualification: you ask questions, actively listen and build a customized solution that adds value and meets the prospect's needs.
* Customized demo: you present the solution in detail to the customer and adapt it according to the questions and needs.
* Negotiation: in advance you discuss with your manager the negotiation strategy and your possible margins. During negotiations, you can independently discuss the terms of the contract with your future client.
* Signing the contract: bingo The prospect becomes your client ;-)
* Follow-up at start-up: you are in constant contact with the Easi project managers for a qualitative follow-up of your sales and a smooth transfer to the consultants.
Build strong relationships with key people.
Work closely with your colleagues in both technical and business areas to achieve sales objectives.
Achieve semi-annual targets both individually and as a team.
Proactively manage a customer portfolio by closely monitoring their needs and providing customized solutions.
Profile
Must-have :
* Bachelor's or Master's degree
* 0 - 3 years of relevant experience
