Job Description Brussels – Charleroi Region | Full-time | Field-based role Are you someone with a strong commercial mindset who thrives on driving growth and building partnerships? Do you enjoy autonomy, variety, and being close to the field? Then this role is for you! Your mission In a highly competitive market and during our transition to Circle K, you, as Sales Market Manager, are the link between the company and our dealers in the region Brussels - Charleroi. You ensure strong collaboration, maximize sales of our product range, and strengthen our brand image. In this role, you manage a portfolio of approximately 30 service stations and build sustainable partnerships, translating strategy into concrete actions to drive growth and quality in the field. Your impact Drive commercial growth Increase revenue and profitability through local initiatives and smart optimizations Translate company objectives into tangible results in the field Build strong partnerships Recruit and support dealers Negotiate and follow up on contracts Coach and motivate to elevate performance Steer business & performance Analyze results (P&L, shop performance) Identify opportunities and proactively adjust Strengthen the SFS offer (Shop – Food – Services) Improve and expand the offer Ensure quality, compliance, and strong commercial presentation Stay one step ahead Conduct market and competitor analysis Respond to trends and new concepts Who are you? Commercially driven with a strong focus on results and customer relationships Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actions A coach and motivator who brings people along Autonomous and flexible, comfortable working in the field Assertive and persuasive communicator Bachelor’s or master’s degree Several years of relevant experience in retail (commercial or operational); experience in a franchise or dealer model is a strong asset French-speaking with a good knowledge of Dutch and English Why join Circle K?
