Your mission is to lead PMS/BMS PT RD Projects within Time, Cost and Budget, and participate to the improvement of our Engineering team. /p h3Challenges we trust you with /h3 pAs an RD Project Manager, you create the value on our RD projects and help the Engineering department to deliver on our commitments. You build a project plan from scratch by assembling a team of experts to propose the best technical solution. /p ul liLead and coordinate project teams: RD resources, quality department and internal stakeholders (operations, manufacturing and supply chain) /li liManage risks (technical, feasibility, financial, resources, safety...) /li liBe the main internal/external contact point for the project execution; seek customer satisfaction /li liReport to the Component Managers and internal stakeholders, and propose action plans for decision making.
