Identify and prioritize high-potential markets, segments, and partnership opportunities within the region.Partnership & Deal Execution: Source, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including charge point operators (CPOs), real estate developers, oil & gas giants, retail chains, fleet operators, utilities, and government bodies. Own the deal cycle from lead to contract signing and project launch.Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct in-depth local market research. Analyze EV policies, competitor activities, grid infrastructure, and customer needs. Generate actionable, data-driven reports to inform company strategy and product offerings.Government & Regulatory Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with relevant government agencies, energy regulators, and municipal authorities. Guide the company through local compliance, permitting, and standard certification processes.Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between headquarters and the local region. Coordinate with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure successful project implementation and market fit.P&L Mindset: Be accountable for regional business targets, including revenue, deployment volume, and market share.
