About the Role
* Understand and study EU Investment, trade and industrial policies, and identify policy opportunities and risks.
* Establish good communication channels with EU governments at all levels and other stakeholders;

Qualifications
* Master's degree or above, preferably majoring in International politics, public relations, economics, media, materials, chemistry, physics;
* More than 8 years of working experience, familiar with industrial policies and industry related situations, with certain contacts and industry relations, with government resources is preferred;
* Understand international politics and the operation of local government;
Excellent written and oral expression skills and excellent planning ability;
