About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Data & Analytics Leader to oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of data-driven solutions across multiple projects and clients. You will play a critical role in bridging business and technology, leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the success of Data & Analytics initiatives.
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional teams in the analysis, design, and deployment of solutions based on Data & Analytics technologies.
* Drive end-to-end delivery of projects and services related to Business Intelligence, Big Data, and Advanced Analytics.
* Align project goals with both client expectations and internal strategic objectives.
* Oversee forecasting, planning, opportunity identification, and financial closing activities.
* Take ownership of project financials (revenue, direct/indirect costs, contribution margin, net profit).
* Identify and resolve critical issues across projects, ensuring successful execution.
* Lead people management efforts including team development, motivation, retention, and career planning.
* Promote a productive, inclusive, and safe work environment.
* Supervise and coordinate team operations, ensuring internal processes are efficient and aligned with strategic goals.
* Play a key role in generating and developing new business opportunities (from proposal design to technical/economic structuring).
* Manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously with confidence.
* Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and technology partners.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience (8+ years) in BI, Big Data, and Advanced Analytics project management.
* Strong knowledge of data project lifecycles: from initial scoping and development to production deployment.
* Experience with modern BI, Big Data, and ML/DL architectures and tools.
* Familiarity with leading market solutions in BI, Data, and Analytics.
* Business acumen and understanding of financial metrics in consulting: revenue, costs, margins, profitability.
* Strong ability to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.
