We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that our Agile practices are effectively implemented and continuously improved. You will act as a servant leader, facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and driving delivery excellence across development teams. Key responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and values to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and proactively seek solutions. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized, and ready for development. Promote transparency by supporting clear communication and progress reporting across teams and stakeholders. Encourage self-organization and accountability within teams, helping them reach high levels of maturity. Protect teams from external interruptions and distractions that could impact focus and delivery. Measure and track team performance using relevant Agile metrics (e.G., velocity, burndown charts) and provide insights for improvement. Qualifications & skills Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a strong asset. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and coach teams. Excellent command of English, French and/or Dutch, with good working knowledge of the other.
