Your Responsibilities
6. Strategic Marketing Communications: Develop and implement industry-leading marketing communication processes in target markets (DACH, BeNe, IRE)
7. Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor the Marketing Communications team, fostering skills and competencies
8. Lead Generation & Sales Support: Define and execute marketing plans to support lead generation and sales objectives.
9. Multi-Channel Marketing Execution: Manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including SEO, content, social media, trade press, and events
10. Brand & Employer Positioning: Strengthen CWS Cleanrooms’ corporate and employer brand in collaboration with leadership and HR
11. Performance Measurement & Optimization: Analyze marketing effectiveness, optimizing strategies based on KPIs such as lead generation and cost efficiency
12. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the marketing budget, corporate identity, external service providers, and compliance with internal standards
13. Performance Metrics: Tracking lead generation (marketing-qualified and sales-qualified leads), cost per lead, and budget achievement
Your Skills and Qualifications
14. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with in international B2B marketing communications, managing budgets over €100,000 per year
15. Digital & Analytical Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing tools, strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
16. International Experience: Experience living and working abroad preferred; multilingual skills welcome (English required, German preferred)
17. Leadership & Teamwork: Team player with proven leadership skills, commercially astute, and able to identify opportunities
18. Organized & Structured: Well-organized, structured, and capable of working in continuous improvement cultures.
19. Communication & Energy: Energetic, articulate, and well-spoken with excellent communication skills
20. Travel Readiness: Willing to travel up to 10%, especially for trade fairs
