" Assist with administrative tasks: scheduling, document preparation, filing, and data entry
" Assist with operational tasks like collecting documents from investors, sending communication to investors
" Assist with basic accounting tasks
" Support the drafting and formatting of legal and financial documents (Word, Excel, PDF)
" Help coordinate meetings, calls, and investor communications
" Maintain internal databases and ensure records are up to date
" Contribute to internal process improvements and team organization
" Liaise with external partners (service providers in Luxemburg, law firms, accountants, notaries) when needed
" Provide general office support and help keep operations running smoothly
