You’ll operate both strategically and operationally, engaging with stakeholders from the shop floor to the boardroom. /p pYour role will include: /p ul liSupporting change management initiatives at program level, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership. /li liTranslating strategic goals into actionable behaviours, structures, and cultural shifts. /li liConducting cultural assessments and organisational scans to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities. /li liAdvising on organisational design and leadership architecture to support strategic execution (e.g., project governance, leadership frameworks, decision‑making models). /li liDesigning or supporting leadership development by means of vision, culture‑leadership‑fit, competence assessments and training roadmaps. /li liDesigning and facilitating workshops on topics such as culture transformation, leadership development, team effectiveness, or strategic alignment on executive, tactical and operational levels in the organisation. /li /ul pYou’ll work closely with our clients as a trusted advisor, embedded in the Mindshift team leveraging shared expertise, inspiration, and support. /p pEven if you are fully assigned to a client, you remain an integral part of the Mindshift team and will always be included in team meetings. /p h3What will you be doing if not at the client? /h3 pWorking on customer assignments or within the Mindshift team is equally important.
