This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, professionally fluent in English, and comfortable working directly with a U. S. client on both financial and operational tasks.

: Centro, Rio de Janeiro, in-office at Virtu All VA Schedule
: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Brasília time Contract
: CLT Salary
: R$3,500/month
What you’ll be doing: • Managing bookkeeping tasks in Quick Books • Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable • Tracking vendor invoices, client invoices, and payments • Assisting with job costing and project financial tracking • Coordinating maintenance and service requests • Scheduling technicians and subcontractors • Following up with clients, vendors, and internal teams • Keeping workflows organized and updated in or similar tools
What we’re looking for: • Professional English speaking and writing skills are required • Experience with Quick Books is strongly preferred • Bookkeeping, accounting, AP/AR, or finance experience • Strong organization and follow-through • Confidence communicating with U. S.-based clients • Ability to manage both financial tasks and live operational workflows • Construction, maintenance, dispatching, or service coordination experience is a plus
