As part of the Customer Service department of our client, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Handle clients' issues via phone and email.
* Organize planning for internal stakeholders
* Work on Data management: register correct data and keep the database up to date, solves issue with incomplete files for example.
* Assist on process optimizations within the department.
The ideal Customer Service for our client would have the following skills :
* A Bachelor Degree or a Master Degree.
* At least 2 years of experience in customer support.
* Fluency in French and Dutch.
* Strong experience with Excel (advanced Pivot table knowledge).
* Analytical mindset & strong communication skills.
* Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
