Your Mission
As a Digital Customer Journey Expert, You Will
* Design and optimize customer-centric onboarding journeys.
* Use data insights and dashboards to drive decisions and measure success.
* Bridge business and IT, ensuring smooth delivery of digital solutions.
* Document processes, manage dependencies, and perform end-to-end testing.
Must-Haves
What We're Looking For
* CX mindset and passion for customer experience.
* Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills.
* Ability to create and interpret dashboards.
* Knowledge of IT landscape and understanding business-to-IT complexities
* Familiarity with ING back-office applications (Easyweb/Onepam).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience with Adobe Analytics and tagging measurement plans.
* Testing capabilities and project management experience.
* Knowledge of onboarding processes (customer data, KYC, product opening).
