Job description
Mission
Act as the IT/OT Security Coordinator for a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, ensuring the security and compliance of all automated systems (PLC/SCADA) across production and lab areas.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead IT/OT security assessments of existing PLC & SCADA architectures
• Define and implement security policies, standards, and hardening procedures for automation systems
• Coordinate vulnerability management, patch management, and incident response for OT networks
• Ensure alignment with GxP, Annex 11, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and IT teams to integrate security into change-control and qualification processes
Must-Have Skills
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in pharma automation engineering
• Proven expertise in PLC & SCADA security (Siemens, Wonderware, Rockwell, or similar)
• Fluent English & French (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Have
• CISSP, GICSP, or equivalent OT security certification
• Experience with GAMP 5 validation methodology
• Knowledge of industrial firewalls, network segmentation, and secure remote access solutions
