You are responsible for the revenue and profit of your customer portfolio, which consists of hospital laboratories and private clinical laboratories in Flanders: You establish and maintain commercial contacts with existing and potential customers. You proactively inform customers about new developments. You analyse customer needs and propose appropriate solutions. You work together with your colleagues to develop a commercial proposal. You are responsible for the follow‑up of sales projects and public tenders. You negotiate prices and conditions with customers in line with the company strategy. You work closely with your colleagues: Together with the Application Specialists and Product Managers, you develop a technically accurate proposal. You inform your colleagues about new opportunities, market information, and competitor developments. You manage your sales funnel and prepare accurate monthly and yearly forecasts. You report your daily activities in the CRM system. You have a higher education degree in a scientific field (bachelor) or equivalent relevant experience. You have several years of experience in clinical biology and/or life sciences; experience in a clinical laboratory is an asset. You have commercial experience in medical diagnostics or medtech, demonstrated through relevant commercial achievements. You are a native Dutch speaker. A good command of English and French is an advantage. You have an analytical mindset and are results‑oriented. You are dynamic and possess excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
