Job Title: HR Advisor
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization with any HR-related questions and tasks.
* Liaise daily with management to report any issue and ensure proper follow-up of HR activities.
* Provide overall administrative support to senior-level staff members.
* Ensure that all HR policies and processes are clearly described and kept up to date on different internal channels.
* Prepare and follow up relevant meetings, events, and project updates.
* Be involved in or autonomously run certain projects, initiatives, and programs.
* Actively support and contribute to the organization's diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and environmental, social, governance (ESG) objectives to foster an equitable workplace culture.
* New entries and leavers follow up, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
* Support in the follow up of social documentation and folders, such as meal vouchers, medical certificates, and other personnel records.
* Update regularly the database for the salary 'eBlox' and the HR software regarding the information received.
* Provide documents related to compensation and benefits to insert in onboarding files.
* Be in charge of keeping up to date the personnel files, both digital and physical copies.
* Treat daily correspondence and dispatch correctly to guarantee efficient communication within the HR department.
* File and archive regularly documents to ensure proper and secured storage, allowing quick retrieving of data.
* Any other organizational and administrative duties to aim to the achievement of the department objectives.
* Keep track of HR KPI's for reporting to management and external bodies.
* Ensure effective and efficient storing of vital and confidential information, adhering to data privacy regulations.
* Support creation of presentations for company communication channels.
* Maintain a clean office environment with due regard to Health & Safety matters.
Required Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, social sciences, law, or equivalent experience.
* Clean certificate of good conduct.
* Experience with HR departments is an asset or equivalent through education.
* Good knowledge of social legislation.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluency in English, French, Dutch, or other languages required - proficiency in composing business letters and reports.
* Any additional language skill would be beneficial.
* Extreme customer focus and respect for confidentiality.
