About ENTSO-E ENTSO-E is the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity. We coordinate the cross-border system operations, system development and electricity market activities of the 40 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) which cover 36 countries. The ENTSO-E Secretariat in Brussels provides support on technical, market and policy developments for all European TSOs in their cooperation with each other, in their joint fulfilment of their legal mandates, and in the intensive interactions with EU decision-makers, regulatory agencies, associations representing network users and other stakeholders. In this role, you will support the full recruitment process, from posting vacancies and screening candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience for applicants. You will also get the chance to contribute to employer branding initiatives. This is a great opportunity if you are at the start of your HR career and want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within aninternational environment. You will work in the ENTSO-E Secretariat in Brussels. Reporting to the Talent & People Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with an experienced recruiter and a coordinator in a small, dynamic team. Your responsibilities Responsibilities may be subject to change depending on the evolution of priorities and projects. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will: Support the full recruitment cycle — from intake meetings with hiring managers and posting vacancies to interviews and onboarding — ensuring efficient processes and a positive candidate experience. Maintain recruitment data and reporting, using insights to identify areas for improvement. Contribute to employer branding by supporting social media campaigns, job fairs, and partnerships with universities. Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified candidates across various levels. Assist with supplier coordination and procurement processes when needed. Work with the People, Talent & Culture team on cross-functional projects and sharing best practices. Your profile We are looking for someone with the following skills and abilities: University degree in Human Resources, Economics or Psychology 1-3 years of work experience in recruitment, HR or administrative support. Strong interest in recruitment and motivation to learn and develop in this area. Experience with recruitment platforms is a plus (e.G. applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter). A proactive and curious mindset, eager to bring ideas, improve processes, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and keep deadlines. A team player who enjoys working with colleagues and stakeholders, but who can also take ownership of tasks. Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English.
