Front-End Software Developer

We are looking for a Front-End Software Developer to work with our development team based in Ghent. Your mission is to build the next generation of trading related applications and services for customers, and help improve our modern and dynamic web‑based trading platform.
Responsibilities
* Design, build and improve our web applications, giving customers the best trading experience.
* Co‑create with our UX designers to meet and exceed user expectations, contribute design ideas.
* Continuously refine the user experience, implement and act on feedback to evolve our applications and front‑ends.
* Develop new user‑facing features to make trading an enjoyable experience.
* Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Collaborate across teams to realize a company‑wide design and work on best practices.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong experience with React / Next.js.
* Experience with Redux (Redux Toolkit) or other state management libraries (Zustand, Pinia).
* Experience with unit testing (Jest, Vitest).
* Experience with headless component libraries (Radix UI) is a plus.
* Experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus.
* Experience with design systems (Material) is a plus.
* Experience with Angular is a plus.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab, Jenkins) is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and experience working in cross‑functional, distributed agile team.
* Willingness to collaborate with teams across our branches in Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague and Ghent.
