You will be responsible for driving digital transformation on the shop floor, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical solutions, and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:Project DeliveryLead end-to-end MES implementation projects, from scoping and design to deployment and validationManage project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectationsEnsure compliance with GxP, FDA, and EMA regulations throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate cross-functional teams including IT, manufacturing, quality, and external vendorsClient EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to clients, translating operational challenges into MES solutionsServe as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring digital solutions are aligned with both strategic goals and operational realitiesBuild strong relationships across departments (Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory, IT)Team Collaboration & GrowthWork closely with internal project teams to ensure smooth coordination and a supportive, solution-oriented environmentContribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights, exchanging knowledge, and supporting team successYour ProfileMaster's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, or related field2-5 years of experience in MES project management within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech industriesStrong understanding of MES platforms (e.G., Werum PAS-X, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Siemens Opcenter)Familiarity with GxP, CSV, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing environmentsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsFluent in English and Dutch and/or FrenchExperience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies is an assetWhy Join Avertim?Make a meaningful impact in a company where people and ideas matterJoin a dynamic, ambitious, and fast-growing team in the heart of EuropeBe part of an international network of cross-industry expertsBenefit from tailored learning opportunities, a clear career path, and a competitive compensation package
