we are looking for a technically curious, analytical support Specialist who enjoys problem‑solving, data interpretation, and customer interaction.
🛠 You will be part of the first‑line/second‑line engineering support team:
Technical Support & Diagnostics
Analyse system behavior using PV production graphs, energy‑flow diagrams, SoC curves, logs, error codes
Support customers with cloud portals, monitoring apps, data logging, and firmware
Register all actions in Salesforce
Create/update troubleshooting guides and knowledge‑base content
Collaborate with our German engineering teams for complex escalations
🎯 We are looking for someone who is both technically solid and comfortable with a high volume of technical information.
Languages
~ Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French (spoken & written)
interpret graphs, logs, and system data
A degree in electrotechnics, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience in technical helpdesk, field engineering, or renewable energy support is a strong plus
Knowledge of Belgian and Dutch grid standards
Familiarity with Modbus, data loggers, or IoT connectivity
