Your role
This role goes far beyond traditional sales — it's about becoming a
trusted advisor
for full-service Industrial Technology investments. You will drive growth in areas such as
material handling equipment (MHE), robotics, automation, and smart warehouse logistics
, delivering value-added solutions tailored to customer needs.
As an Industrial Account Manager, you will:
* Identify and pursue new Industrial business opportunities (MHE, robotics, automation, warehouse technology).
* Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships as the main point of contact.
* Understand customer challenges and translate their needs into tailored financial solutions.
* Prepare and present customized leasing proposals and lifecycle management solutions.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and excellent customer experience.
* Manage contracts, negotiate conditions, and adapt solutions to evolving customer needs.
* Monitor opportunities and risks, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting and reporting.
You will work with a wide range of stakeholders — from warehouse managers to procurement teams and CFOs — making relationship-building key to your success.
Your profile
We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional who thrives in a role combining consultative sales, project coordination, and long-term account management.
You are someone who brings:
* A strong
hunter mentality
and a natural talent for creating new opportunities.
* Preferably experience in a commercial, customer-facing role — ideally within the industrial, logistics, fleet, machinery, or technical sector.
* Excellent communication skills in
Dutch and English
; French is a strong plus.
* Strong organizational skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage several accounts and projects simultaneously.
* A growth-oriented mindset, resilience, and a positive attitude when tackling challenges.
