About The Role
The Technical Implementation Owner (TIO) manages customer expectations, acts as the main technical point of contact, and delivers managed security solutions to Orange Cyberdefense customers. The TIO implements these solutions across various management platforms, ensuring alignment with project plans, timelines, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Presales Phase
o Review proposals and delivery models with presales support.
o Provide Level of Effort estimates for the build phase.
o Propose management architectures for managed offers.
o Validate timelines and training needs.
o Contribute to service creation or evolution (PoC/PoV).
* Project Kickoff
o Validate non‑standard requests with ISS and Engineering.
o Review Bill of Materials and obtain vendor quotes for fully managed solutions.
o Participate in project kickoff meetings.
o Assist the security consultant in collecting technical requirements.
o Align project timelines and deliverables with OCD PM.
o Provide technical guidance to the customer and the project team.
* Deployment and Configuration
o New Platform
+ Review the security design.
+ Co‑operate with L3 Engineering to deliver new PoC/Bespoke solutions.
+ Validate non‑standard management approaches with ISS.
+ Implement the managed security scope of work.
o Operational Platform
+ Review existing design, customer environment, and proposed changes.
+ Align changes with stakeholders, adhering to the change management process.
+ Implement the managed security scope of work.
* Service Activation and Project Closure
o Manage rollout plans with the customer and OCD PM.
o Test security scope with the customer and other stakeholders.
o Provide post‑implementation support.
o Initiate HOTO process with Operations and Security Manager, including handover sessions and knowledge transfer.
* Service Disconnection – Coordinate and perform disconnection tasks for complex managed service scenarios.
* Quality Assurance
o Ensure services meet project timelines.
o Confirm deliverables align with the project plan.
o Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to receive, provide, and act on project activities.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized, customer‑facing professional with strong communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Must Have
* Advanced networking skills – TCP/IP, routing, switching, SDWAN.
* Expertise in network security.
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
* Excellent communication and customer‑facing experience.
* Certification in Network Security or vendor‑specific certifications.
* Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience with at least one of the following:
o Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Juniper, Cisco)
o SASE (Palo Alto Prisma Access)
o F5 (LTM, GTM, WAF)
o Remote Access Solutions (Ivanti)
o SSE (Zscaler)
o Antivirus and Antimalware
o IDS & IDP
o URL & content filtering solutions
o Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
o Unix/Linux operating system
Good to Have
* Fluency in French.
* Scripting experience.
* Project Management skills (Senior TIO).
Experience & Certifications
* Vendor‑relevant Network Security certification.
* ITILv4.
* PRINCE2 Agile.
* ISO 27001.
