About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist who will play a critical role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. While a strong focus will be on marketing automation (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Dynamics 365 CIJ), this role also includes supporting programs in ABM platforms, advertising tools, and digital channels.
You will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining campaign workflows, ensuring seamless CRM integration, and contributing to the execution of complex nurture, demand generation, and account-based marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of marketing initiatives, ensuring flawless delivery across systems.

Responsibilities
* Campaign Execution: Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, events, webinars, advertising, ABM programs) across MAPs and martech platforms.
* Lead Lifecycle Management: Configure, monitor, and optimize lead lifecycle processes, including scoring, routing, and CRM integration.
* ABM & Advertising Support: Support account-based marketing campaigns using ABM platforms and manage digital advertising operations (audience setup, targeting, reporting).
* Multi-Platform Operations: Ensure campaign alignment across MAP, ABM, advertising, and CRM systems.
* Program Setup & QA: Own campaign setup end-to-end — asset creation, segmentation, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
* Data & Reporting: Maintain data accuracy across systems, support campaign and ABM reporting, and provide actionable performance insights.
* Collaboration: Work closely with consultants and strategists to translate campaign requirements into technical execution.
* Compliance & Governance: Support data governance, subscription management, and GDPR/consent compliance in campaign operations.
* Process & Enablement: Contribute to playbooks, templates, and documentation to improve campaign efficiency.
Skills & Experience Required
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Dynamics 365 CIJ or other).
* Understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring models, CRM integration (Salesforce or Dynamics).
* Strong operational skills in campaign setup and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with reporting tools (Eloqua Insight, CRM dashboards, ABM/Ad reporting).
* Detail-oriented approach with strong QA skills to ensure flawless execution.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different systems simultaneously.
* Professional proficiency in English.
* Other languages are a plus.
Preferred Experience
* Experience supporting ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) and/or digital advertising operations (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic).
* Exposure to ad platforms and how they connect with CRM/MAP environments.
* Basic HTML/CSS for email and landing page adjustments.
* Broader martech experience (e.g., analytics platforms, CDPs, or BI tools).
