Our client is a public-sector organization operating in a complex, bilingual environment with multiple agile development teams. The Full Stack .NET Developer joins a multidisciplinary product team responsible for building and maintaining shared, cross-domain components used by multiple business units.
The role combines backend and frontend development with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and long-term maintainability within an Agile delivery context.
responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using
C#
and
.NET Core

* Translate functional analyses into technical designs and validate technical specifications with analysts.
* Analyze and resolve second-line technical issues, including bug fixing and root cause analysis.
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and stable deployment processes.
* Collaborate closely with developers, testers, business analysts, product owner, and scrum master in an Agile setup.
* Contribute to technical documentation and review documentation produced by less experienced developers.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement of development practices and software quality.
What are we looking for?
* You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
* You have a minimum of
5 years of experience
as a
.NET developer

* You bring solid experience with
C#

.NET Framework

.NET Core

* You have experience working in an
Agile / Scrum
environment.
* You have hands-on experience with relational databases such as
SQL Server
or
Oracle

* You have exposure to frontend or UI technologies such as
WPF

Blazor
, or similar.
* You have basic experience with
Azure
and
CI/CD pipelines
in
Azure DevOps

* You are fluent in
French or Dutch
, with a basic professional level of the other language, and have a good understanding of

* Experience with messaging patterns or frameworks such as

* Exposure to
