The DC Forecasting & Replenishment Analyst plays a
pivotal role in optimizing and implementing forecasting models for
promotional and seasonal volumes across suppliers. The objective is
to ensure the right products are available at the right time and in
the right quantities in stores. This contributes to product
availability, optimized order management, and an overall improved
level of customer service. The analyst reports within the Supply
Chain domain and works in close collaboration with category
management, procurement, and supply chain leadership teams. The
role directly impacts the availability of goods in stores and
customer satisfaction. - key responsibilities Forecasting Analysis
(60%) - Gather relevant insights (e.g., consumer behavior,
marketing campaigns, promotional events) - Provide forecasting
analysis to internal stakeholders (category managers, directors,
supply chain leads) - Develop accurate volume forecasts for both
regular and promotional flows - Conduct post-analysis of forecast
vs. actual volumes and identify gaps - Perform simulations of
volume needs based on various business strategies - Cascade
strategic decisions to operational supply chain levels - Track and
follow up on supply chain action plans - Use existing tools and
systems to generate accurate forecasts - Maintain and update
hot/cold lists aligned with promotional seasons - Prepare for and
manage the impact of major commercial events - Challenge and
validate internal inputs (e.g., purchasing proposals)
Post-Promotion Analysis & Optimization (30%) - Analyze
variances between forecasted and actual outcomes - Identify
recurring issues or inefficiencies based on operational experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization
initiatives - Enhance forecast quality using learnings from
historical data and trends - Actively participate in improvement
projects related to replenishment and planning Project Management
(10%) - Participate in supply chain and replenishment-related

experience - qualifications Master's degree in Economics, Finance,
or a related quantitative discipline Experience - 1 to 3 years of
relevant experience in retail or distribution sectors (Supply
Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, or Logistics) Skills &
