You will be part of a project focused on consolidating various applications and workflows into a single, unified application based on Microsoft Dynamics. This project, conducted in close collaboration with our integrating partner, will involve both Customer Service and Field Service and will be rolled out across all our Customer Centers.As a Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between IT architects and the business. You have a deep understanding of the technical decisions being made and can translate these into their impact on the organization. You will maintain an overview of the project timeline, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.You will work closely with internal teams to determine how various applications can be integrated effectively. This includes identifying the required interfaces, setting clear deadlines and ensuring that these interfaces can be delivered on time by the respective teams.During the go live phase you will manage and resolve issues by diagnosing whether they are related to design or end user adoption. You will filter these issues and provide detailed feedback to our integrating partner if necessary.You will own and maintain the product backlog, add the epics, features and user stories with necessary details, define the priorities in the backlog, and ensure that the team has complete understanding of the requirements. You will act as a bridge between business, development team and architect.You will be responsible for planning the product increment, roll out strategies with the help of the architect. You will be responsible for making sure that, team is on the right path, following the correct priorities and executing the backlog with the right way of working.You will be responsible for making sure that, team is following right set of practices, standards like manual testing, automation testing, right set of technology standards followed which are already defined by the architecture team etc.To succeed you need- Proven experience in working in an agile environment, driving deliveries in an agile way, iterative manner- Hands on experience into using Jira/DevOps tools for backlog management- You have hands-on experience of product development and delivery- Proven experience in a Product Owner role with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM System- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders- Project Management skills- Strong communication skills- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners In return, we offer you.
