Inside Sales Representative
Location: Hybrid – 4 days on-site in Greater Antwerp, 1 day remote

Overview:
We are seeking a commercially driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join a high-performing sales team within a global B2B electronics distribution and supply chain environment. This role is focused on managing customer relationships, processing enquiries and orders, supporting the external sales function, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
Working across a dynamic product portfolio, this is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, administrative precision, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound enquiries and orders (email/phone), ensure accurate entry and communication with fulfillment teams.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations to win business.
* Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to support sales activity and commercial follow-up.
* Monitor open orders, manage backorder reports, and proactively inform customers of delivery timelines.
* Upsell related products by analysing customer history and needs.
* Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and ensure accuracy across all activity logs.
* Engage with customers on pricing, product queries, and issue resolution.
* Provide field insight and market trends to internal stakeholders to inform strategic planning.
Ideal Background & Skills:
* Experience in an inside sales, customer support or sales coordination role within a technical, B2B environment.
* Comfortable working across departments (logistics, operations, procurement) and juggling multiple priorities.
* Strong digital literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
* Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused.
* Fluent in Flemish and English; French is an advantage.
