As the Office Assistant, your tasks will be to:
* Manage office supplies and inventory
* Be sure the office is clean and that rules are respected by employees
* Contact technicians or cleaning services when needed
* Arrange travel arrangements
* Schedule appointments and meetings for the Office Manager
* Follow-up invoices and maintain the database up-to-date
* Support on event organization & coordination
* Be the first person of contact by mail, post, tel and for general questions of employees or suppliers (dispatch if needed)
* Good communication skills
* Motivated, flexibel and eager to learn
* You like a polyvalent & dynamic function where no day will be the same
* You are a real team player but can also work autonomously
* You have an excellent spoken & written level in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
* You obtained a Bachelor degree in Office Management or similar fields (or equivalent by experience)
* You are organized and have an eye for detail
