Job Description
As a Customer Service OTC EMEA Region your responsibilities are:
Oversee the complete order-to-cash (OTC) process for the EMEA region.
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure accurate processing of orders and invoicing.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage delivery schedules and logistics coordination.
Monitor Product availabilities.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
Provide reports and insights to support decision-making processes.
Manage Returns.
Contribute to process improvements within the customer service department.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Customer Service OTC EMEA Region Should Have
Educational background in business, supply chain, or a related field.
SAP Super User
Experience in customer service OTC
Proficiency in managing order-to-cash processes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
