Preparing products internally according to traditional methods.
Applying and complying with HACCP standards.
General management of the department.
Working with the group manager toward departmental objectives.
Placing orders.
Relevant diploma in butchery or equivalent experience.
Commercially oriented and customer friendly.
Precise and results oriented.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Possesses a sense of workmanship and can handle a knife safely.
Pursues top quality in everything you do.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday with one fixed day off; for Sunday work, an extra day off during the week.
Monitoring product quality.
Emptying and cleaning animals.
Cutting meat.
Sorting meat pieces.
Chopping meat into small pieces.
Packaging food items.
Cleaning tools or equipment.
Preparing meat specialties.
Operating in a food safe and hygienic manner.
Sorting and disposing of slaughter waste.
Maintaining workstations.
Full‑time job with responsibility and variety through interim with option for permanent contract.

Working in a 5‑day schedule, thus having one fixed day off and rotating for Sunday.
