* Respond to questions, issues, and maintenance needs via phone and email.
* Register, follow up, and close tickets in the internal system.
* Ensure each request is handled with care, speed, and professionalism.
2. Coordinate suppliers & service partners
* Contact and manage external service providers for repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
* Verify contracts, request offers, and negotiate timing when needed.
* Monitor the progress of interventions until the job is fully completed.
3. Act as an operational expert
* Spot recurring issues and propose improvements.
* Help build internal guidelines, scripts, and FAQ documents.
* Participate in process improvement projects to enhance our facility operations.
4. Handle critical administrative follow-up
* Prepare daily planning and keep records updated.
* Process offers and invoices.
* Register maintenance and inspection reports.
* Provide reporting to help the team monitor performance.
