Your Function
As the Digital Paid Media Specialist, you will set up, run and optimise digital paid media campaigns that build brand awareness and engagement for our iconic lingerie brands Marie Jo, PrimaDonna and Sarda, as well as our retail brands Rigby & Peller and Lincherie.Working closely with the Marketing and Digital Commerce teams, you implement and fine-tune paid media strategies for key markets in Europe (including France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany) and in North America (US & Canada). Responsibilities include:
Paid media planning & set-up
* You turn brand and business goals into concrete paid media plans, together with the brand and performance managers.
* You create a digital campaign approach that maximizes visibility, awareness and engagement.
* You define the upper-funnel approach (awareness & consideration): audiences, channels, formats and budget splits.
* You diversify the digital channel mix based on research and benchmarking, suggesting new tactics, formats and platforms.
* You develop growth scenarios per channel and market within the paid media-driven channels using standard KPI’s to guide investment decisions.
* You implement the roadmap for digital media acceleration with the media agency.
Digital campaign strategy execution
* You plan, set-up, execute and optimise the paid campaigns across all digital channels, applying audience insights and A/B testing for optimal performance.
* Based on the dashboards, you monitor campaigns and budgets on a daily basis, shifting investments between countries, brands and channels where needed.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
* You measure and analyse the effectiveness of all paid media activities.
* You track and analyze campaign KPI’s, manage budgets, and deliver clear performance reports, highlighting key learnings and actionable recommendations, using tools like PowerBI and platform dashboards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* You work closely with Marketing (Brand Managers, Communication, PR Managers) & performance teams (Paid Media Team).
* You handle the daily management of the (external) media agency and Key Accounts (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) across our most important channels.
Your Profile
* You have a higher degree in Marketing, Business or Communication, or equivalent, and 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing digital paid media campaigns with a strong focus on programmatic advertising and media buying (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Tiktok, Pinterest).
* You are analytical and data-driven: you work easily with tools like Google Analytics and PowerBI, interpret KPI’s, and turn insights into concrete advice and optimizations
* You can manage complex, multi-market budgets and give clear recommendations on where to shift spend for the best impact, in close alignment with the performance and marketing teams.
* You take ownership by preparing campaigns thoroughly, monitoring performance closely and acting quickly when something is off, in alignment with the Senior Brand Manager.
* You are strong in project and stakeholder management: you handle tight timelines, juggle multiple campaigns and are comfortable negotiating and interacting with different stakeholders including external agencies.
* You are collaborative, approachable and eager to learn, and you adapt quickly when priorities change.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
