Content Marketeer
Our Content Team is looking for reinforcement to bring stories and expertise to life through clear, creative, and purposeful communication. You will help develop strategies for content and channels (website, newsletters, social media, and online communities) from creation to marketing performance analysis. The themes are broad and engaging: from industry and technology to energy, digitalization, and AI. The content we create informs, inspires, and connects.
Responsibilities
* Translate internal project needs into strong communication plans in collaboration with business partners.
* Act as a content expert, turning complex messages into clear copy, engaging visuals, and inspiring member communications.
* Manage external copywriters and designers when necessary to ensure the right tone and creative approach.
* Contribute fresh ideas to communication plans and elevate content using social media, SEO, and SEA expertise.
* Support colleagues in creating newsletters and internal campaigns.
* Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused website content, following UX principles and collaborating with developers.
* Carefully manage content in the CMS, maintaining high quality under tight deadlines.
* Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Translate content from French and English into Dutch.
Requirements & Competencies
* Highly creative, able to produce compelling editorial formats and impactful copy.
* Strong social media skills and knowledge of how to generate engagement.
* Able to provide persuasive advice and translate ideas into ambitious but achievable content concepts.
* Organized, results-oriented, and calm under pressure.
* Native Dutch speaker with fluent French; English is a plus.
* Knowledge of digital marketing and basic website development (HTML).
* Proficient with CMS systems like Drupal and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
* Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.
* Contribute to the editorial vision and collaborate constructively with colleagues.
* Flexible team player, supporting and strengthening the team where needed.
