We are seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to join our award-winning team of Talent Advisors and Recruiters to help change the way we develop and execute on our recruitment strategies for our Client’s key strategic projects and critical launches. The role consists of two interwoven key strands of responsibility:i) talent mapping and sourcing for related, complex positions in the competitive french speaking Belgian/Wallonian biopharmaceutical manufacturing market, helping UCB gain a deeper understanding of the talent landscape in the region to ensure faster and more efficient recruitment strategies for strategic positionsii) using your experience of the market and recruitment generally to identify and analyze potential or actual bottle-necks in the process, areas of concern with regards timely shortlist progress, incomplete or insufficient hiring criteria data and relevant, proactive and meaningful communication to the team, team management and Client stakeholdersThe ultimate purpose of the role is to bring the right talent to the Client, quicker…Key Responsibilities:Supporting key roles that the Client needs to fill within key strategic projects and define the most efficient approach to reduce our time to fill. This includes:Talent pipeline building:Active sourcing of top talent through various channelsIdentifying, analyzing and accessing talent pools for the French speaking Belgian biotech manufacturing landscape and affiliated global officesWork alongside Employer Branding to brief on critical roles & skill-sets in order to define targeted messaging for marketing recruitment campaignsGain a deeper understanding of UCB’s competitive landscape and support the Talent organization in developing more effective recruitment strategies by researching and analyzing competitors.
