**Customer Service Representative: BeNeLux Region**
In our internal sales department, you will be the direct contact for all customer enquiries in the sales process for the BeNeLux region.
You will work closely with the field sales team to provide customer inspiration, new customer acquisition and long-term customer relationship management.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Product consultation and order processing
* Complaints management and customer data management
* Researching projects, calculating quotations and supporting the implementation of construction projects
You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date data in the IT systems (CRM/SAP) to document customer data.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification and professional experience in customer service. You should have a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and language proficiency in French and Dutch/Flemish, as well as English or German.
